Carding
No one under the age of 18 may enter Studio Vapes Batesville or Lawrenceburg. In our Ohio stores someone under the age of 18 may enter the store but they can not interact with the buyer or approach the counter/case.Anyone who looks under the age of 40 is subject to carding please have ID ready. We reserve the right to deny sale/entry to anyone who doesn't show their ID when asked.
FDA Compliance Policy
Punch Cards
Due to federal regulation on reward systems for tobacco products effective 08-08-2016 a $1 fee will be added to redeem the punch card
Sampling Juice
Due to no longer being allowed to provide free samples of eliquid we will be charging $1 to test all ejuice
Exchange Policy
We do NOT take returns under any circumstance.
We have a 30 day EXCHANGE policy only if there is a Manufacture defect AND you have your ORIGINAL receipt (picture on phone will work).
To gain an exchange you must have the box, all the contents that came with the product you're exchanging, and the punch card with the punches on it from the product you're trying to exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you do not like the product.
If you do not have the receipt we do not accept exchanges.

Battery Safety
One of the most important things to know about vaping is battery safety. Almost all vapes run using lithium ion batteries. Lithium is a highly flammable and combustible metal. To ensure you are safely using lithium ion batteries there are a few steps that must be taken.
- Ensure your batteries plastic wrap is covering the whole battery except the ends where it needs to make a connection.
- If you find a part of the battery that does not have a wrap on it, you will need to have it re wrapped or wrap it yourself.
- Keep your battery in a temperature controlled environment. Do not ever leave them in cars during hot or cold weather.
- If you find dents in your batteries please dispose of them properly.
